Since May 2009 YouTube have presented 3D content with an impressively large choice of viewing methods ranging from 'No Glasses', 'Anaglyph (coloured) Glasses' to showing on 3D TVs
Activate the file in 3D by selecting YouTube's red "3D" Options button on lower right hand side of the 3D Video's window and choose preferred viewing method:
Seeing 3D on Youtube select red "3D" Options button only on 3D Enabled Video Files and choose:
